Using Transeam is Easy
1. Send us your documents
- Send us your document here in any format.
- Non-editable formats (e.g. scanned pages) may negatively impact the cost, speed and consistency of the translation and should only be used when the original format cannot be obtained.
2. Receive our quotation
- We will provide you with a quote shortly after you send us your documents.
- In most cases the full amount or a deposit must be paid before we can begin translation.
- Selected clients may enjoy translation on credit subject to a credit and background check.
3. Receive the translation
- We will complete your translation by the deadline agreed upon and provide it to you in the requested format.
Optional items
Confidentiality Agreement
Transeam prefers to sign confidentiality agreements with all clients, however this is optional.
Letter of Engagement
A letter of engagement must be signed for any large translation jobs, and for and translation jobs where the full amount has not been paid upfront.
Line of Credit
All new clients must pay the full translation fee before we begin translation with the exception of clients which apply for a line of credit. A line of credit may be granted subject to a credit and background check.
